How do I make an order?
These are the following steps to place and order at the www.thegardenofgoodandevil.com :

1. Add your desired print(s)/ product(s) into your basket
2. Check your shopping bag (upper-right corner of your screen)
3. Click on ‘checkout’
4. All prints come with a customized dedication on the back of the print. If it's for yourself enter your
name or nickname in the box. If it's a gift for someone else please enter the person's name or
nickname. If you have a special dedication note let us know (only in English or German and not
more than 40 characters).
5. Fill in your payment information and choose your payment method
6. Review your order and information, then agree to the terms and conditions and data policy
7. Click on ‘buy’
8. You will be redirected to the page where will be able to complete your payment
9. An order/payment confirmation will be sent to your email within a few minutes

Can I change my order or shipping details once I have placed my order?
We can cancel an order when it is being prepared for dispatch. However, we are unable to change any
shipping details when an order has been processed, nor can we add products to an existing order once it
has been placed. If you wish to change the address to which your order is being shipped, please email to
mail@thegardenofgoodandevil.com as soon as possible.
How can I proceed my payment after receiving a ‘pending payment’ email?
We are unable to send out orders that have a ‘pending payment’ status. When you do not continue your payment within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically. Please email to mail@thegardenofgoodandevil.com and we'll be happy to assist you.


How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received an email containing a tracking link or the link is not updating please contact mail@thegardenofgoodandevil.com.

Which delivery service do you use?
All ordered are shipped with DHL from Berlin. We currently don't offer any express delivery. Please check our Shipping Policy in the footer at the bottom of our website for further information.

Oh no! I received the wrong product, what should I do?
Sorry, we try hard but sometimes mistakes do happen. If you’ve received a different product than you ordered, just e-mail mail@thegardenofgoodandevil.com and we'll assist you to get the product you ordered. Please include the order number and a description (photo) of the item you've received instead.

Shipping
All The Garden Of Good And Evil products are shipped to you from Germany via a secure, tracked shipping method. Non-EU countries do not pay VAT, so for orders placed outside of the EU, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price at check-out.
Please note that we do not ship to islands (such as Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Mallorca) or P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.

The Garden Of Good And Evil only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank
holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
We pack the print(s) in very solid mailing tubes. We put the tube then in another shipping box. However in case your The Garden Of Good And Evil package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the product and the tube packaging + box and email us as soon as possible at
mail@thegardenofgoodandevil.com to notify us of the damage.

Customs
Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
